Delivery Information

¿Cuánto tiempo tarda la entrega de comida ?

Depending on your order date, meals will normally be delivered in 3 days.

¿Cuáles son sus días de entrega?

Currently, our delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

¿Puedo escalonar mi entrega?

Yes, due to our current weekly delivery slots, you are able to customise your order and have your meals delivered fresh throughout the week.

¿Cómo funciona la entrega?

We deliver your meals personally via an isothermal refrigerated container. On receipt of your meals we recommend you refrigerate them immediately. If someone else is taking delivery of your meals on your behalf, please advise them to do the same immediately.

¿Me preocupa que mi pedido no me haya llegado a la temperatura adecuada?

If you have ANY doubts at all, contact us immediately and DO NOT attempt to consume the product. If any goods are not fit for consumption on receipt of the delivery, please contact us immediately.

You must NOT consume a product that you believe not to be at the right temperature (Over 8 degrees celsius – foods standard agency regulations 852/2004 amended 2006) or if it is not fit for consumption.

¿Llegan mis comidas frescas o congeladas?

All of our meals arrive fresh.

¿Cómo almacenar las comidas y cuánto tiempo duran?

All meals must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. We do not use any preservatives in our meals and all meals can be refrigerated for up to 3 days after delivery. We deliver twice a week, meaning you can enjoy fresh preservative and additive free meals all week with no need to freeze!

¿Se pueden comer las comidas frías sin recalentar?

Apart from rice dishes, which must be heated till piping hot, all of our meals can be safely eaten cold.

¿Por cuánto tiempo se debe calentar las comidas?

Slightly open the box, remove the sauce, and microwave for approximately two minutes (one minute for breakfast dishes) check the product is piping hot before consumption.

¿PUEDO CORREGIR UN PEDIDO UNA VEZ QUE HAYA SIDO REALIZADO?

Yes, email us directly via info@fitfoodcanarias.com and as long as your menu plan hasn’t been dispatched we will do our best to accommodate any requests or additional meals.

¿QUÉ ES LA MACRO Y LA INFORMACIÓN NUTRICIONAL PARA CADA PLATO?

Our resident nutritionists have balanced each meal. The macros and nutritional information for every dish and meal plan can be found on each meal’s product page. We also label this information on each of the dishes when they are sent out.

¿OFRECE COMIDAS VEGANAS O VEGETARIANAS?

Yes, we have a selection of vegan, vegetarian and pescatarian meals or contact us directly via info@fitfoodcanarias.com to discuss your requirements.

¿PUEDO PERSONALIZAR MIS COMIDAS?

We currently have a set menu plan, although please contact us directly via info@fitfoodcanarias.com if you would like to discuss your specific goals.
